ARTICLE 1: GENERAL PROVISIONS These Terms and Conditions apply to individual bookings at or below 5 bedrooms, made at once, entered directly into the relais de l'alsou or on our website www.relais-alsou.com The client undertakes to respect and enforce all provisions contained in this document, as well as legal and regulatory requirements. These sales conditions are subject to change at any time, and conditions applicable are those in effect at the time the booking is made. These general conditions of sale prevail over all other terms of sale, not expressly approved by the relay Alsou.

ARTICLE 2: CAPACITY The customer agrees to have the capacity to contract, that is to say, of legal age and not under guardianship or trusteeship.

ARTICLE 3: TERMS OF BOOKING The prices are in euros Per room per night taxes and service included.  Rates on the website are subject to change without notice and only the price specified in the booking confirmation is binding. The booking will only be effective if the customer guarantees the reservation by contacting a credit card number with expiry date, valid at the time the guest's stay. The Relais de l'Alsou reserves the right to refuse any booking if the credit card number is incorrect . When recording the reservation, authorization to debit your credit card will be made. This will be done for information purposes, and shall in no circumstances be debited (except for LAST MINUTE or promotions wich coudn't be canceled or modified, and need partial prepayment at time of booking). Other modes of guarantee: 50 % deposit by bank transfer or paypal At certain periods, the prepayment of the stay could be required (non refundable).

ARTICLE 4: THE PROVISION OF ROOMS The rooms are available from 14 pm on day of arrival and must be released by 10h30am on day of departure.

SECTION 5: CANCELLATION If the booking is made through our website www.relais-alsou.com it is requested to cancel the booking with the hotel by mail, fax or phone. Please note, some rates & LAST MINUTE PACKAGE do not allow modification and cancellation, full prepayment is required at the time of booking. The date of cancellation (by email, mail, phone, fax) will be the date for the actual cancellation of the booking. Free cancellation or free modification up to 1 day before arrival. The cancellation or the modification has to reach us before 9am the1st day  before your arrival. In case of late cancellation, modification,or no show the full coast will be incurred. In this case we offer a gift card for the same amount of the cancellation, available 1 year. Pursuant to the provisions of Article L.121-18 and L.121-4 20-4 of the Code of consumption, no right of withdrawal is applicable to hosting services and / or rehabilitation must be provided a date or at specified intervals.

ARTICLE 6: TERMS OF PAYMENT The payment of all cost will be made directly with the hotel (except for pre bookings due at time of booking). Regulation on the site is made by credit card and via a secured payment system.

ARTICLE 7: to dislodge In case of "force majeure" (strike, war, etc..), An exceptional event or technical problems in the hotel making it impossible for the client's stay, We shall do the best to find an alternative accommodation, if possible in gites or cottages. The cost of dislodging would be taken up by hotel except in cases of "force majeure" as detailed, above.

ARTICLE 8: FREEDOM OF INFORMATION Pursuant to Law 78-17, known as Data Protection, customers are advised that their booking is subject to a computerized data processing to personal. Users  can access and correct our enterded data, which is exerted from the registered office of the company. It is clear that such information is not disclosed to third parties.

ARTICLE 9: COMPLAINTS Any complaint must be sended to the SARL RELAIS DE L'ALSOU Route de villar 11220 LABASTIDE EN VAL at the latest 15 days after the date of departure. After this period, no claim will be considered. RELAIS DE L'ALSOU: 00 33 (0) 4 68 78 73 15.

ARTICLE 10: INSURANCE RESPONSIBILITIES The Relais de l'Alsou disclaims any responsibility for theft, loss, damage items belonging to customers during their stay. The customer will be liable for any damages of any degradation, any act of vandalism that could occur due to the occupation of the premises and / or because of the participants and / or personnel under his charge, both movable, decorating and property within and outside the hotel. In the process of booking online on our website, we will not be liable for any damages resulting from the use of the Internet such as data loss, viruses, disruption of service ...

SECTION 11: RECOMMENDATIONS The client is not allowed to invite any person who could to prejudice the establishment ; The relais de l'Alsou has te ability of refusing.

ARTICLE 12: INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY Regarding the use of the website, the company RELAIS DE L' Alsou holds all intellectual property rights relating to the site. The items accessible on the site, in text, photographs, images, icons, sounds, videos, software, databases are also protected by intellectual property rights and industrial and other proprietary rights held by the relais de l' Alsou. Unless expressly written by the relais de l'Alsou, it is expressly forbidden to reproduce, use, distribute or use for any purpose whatsoever, even partially, the material on the site, or broadcast a simple hyperlink.

ARTICLE 14: JURISDICTION Disputes arising from the application or interpretation of these general conditions of sale will be subject to French law and fall within the exclusive jurisdiction of French courts in the jurisdiction of the Court of Carcassonne.
